Problem/challenge

Emphasize the legacy of Macy’s and increase their popularity among Gen Z after being outperformed by their competitors

  • Although the market for brick-and-mortar chains is shrinking, surviving through the pandemic means that as its competitors fold, Macy’s has a chance to pick up a larger market share as the customers bounce back from the pandemic.
